From our own residences to Liv.
In 2018 we had a simple idea: give international students a room in a shared flat that actually feels like home. We started in Riga, turned it into a company in 2022, and today run five residences with 36 rooms, effectively 100% booked every semester since we began.
As we grew, we hit the wall every small operator knows. There was no affordable software built for how we actually work, short and long stays side by side. So we ran everything on Word documents and endless spreadsheets, and the repetitive admin ate the time we needed for the decisions that move the business forward.
So we built our own: a fast multilingual website, an AI assistant, and a CRM designed for short and long term rentals. Together they take over up to 80% of our admin. We are still fully booked, and every semester our website and chat bring in far more qualified demand than we can house. We built Liv to run our residences. Now we are opening it to other operators.
